Owns two unit/weeks at VBHC.

CPA for small business corporations, individual taxation and estate and gift taxation.

Has over 41 years of experience in the timeshare industry as a CPA and owner/developer.  Also over 46 years of experience in Real Estate Rental and Property Management in FL, GA and NC.

On the Board of Directors for over 20 years and continues to improve property for the benefit of all owners in contributing to the maintenance and improvement made annually.
